Andrew Molina, MS
Board Chair
Andrew Molina (affectionately called Mo) is an Executive Coach and a Design Strategist specializing in user research. His clients have included Mitsubishi Estate, Udacity, TPO and others. He is a former curriculum designer at Stanford’s d.school where he molded curriculum and coached students in applying design thinking to social problems in developing economies through the class Design for Extreme Affordability. Outside of work, Mo likes to climb rocks, play guitar, is a budding actor, and loves playing games (board games, card games, made-up games, you name it).

Sonya Chaudry, LCSW, MSW
Vice Chair
Sonya Chaudry is currently a Student Advisor with the Institute of International Education. She supports and coaches students on a STEM scholarship at US universities. Sonya is a social worker by training and her professional experiences have centered around supporting vulnerable youth and using education as a means towards success and independence. Sonya enjoys being a plant mom, traveling, baking, and reading any and all books. She is based in Chicago, IL.

Omar Medina
Secretary
Mr. Medina is a graduate of Stanford University and works at Google focusing on Diversity and Inclusion. As a highly experienced diversity and inclusion analyst and HR Business Partner at Google, Omar brings a unique perspective regarding technology access and equity for disadvantaged communities.

Julie Knight, PhD
Treasurer
Dr. Knight is the Senior Director of Philanthropic Giving at a prominent university in South Florida. In this role, she successfully combines her expertise in marketing and data to drive revenue and engage with donors. Dr. Knight has a demonstrated history of leading teams in the field of higher education advancement as well as in a deadline-driven research environment. She also has extensive international experience working on teams across Europe and the United Kingdom as well as a PhD from the School of Social Sciences at Cardiff University.

Robert Kabera
Board Member
Robert Kabera was named to the 2018 Global US Forbes 30 Under 30 List in the Energy Sector. Mr. Kabera was on the teaching staff research team at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He holds a degree in Energy Resources Engineering from Stanford University and was trained in General Management at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Carmen Sebro, MBA
Board Member
Carmen is an experienced marketing leader with experience developing and executing highly successful marketing campaigns for A.T. Kearney and Mars. Mrs. Sebro serves as brand manager for Ferrero Premium Chocolate. Carmen has earned a BA from Stanford University and holds an MBA from Northwestern University.

Sheneka Balogun, MBA
Board Member
Sheneka is an experienced executive in education with also a diverse background in business. She serves as a Director at Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce, a subsidiary of Economic Development Growth Engine. She has been featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, Business Insider, Harvard Business School Online, and other prominent publications. Sheneka is the founder of A Sisterhood of Executives in the Making, a platform which provides tools and resources for Black women who desire to advance towards senior-level positions. Sheneka is currently a Doctoral Candidate in the School of Education at Johns Hopkins University with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership.

Ebony Carroll, MBA
Board Member
Ebony is a Director at WestExec Advisors, a strategic consulting firm in Washington, D.C., where she advises pioneering technology companies. She is a former associate at Goldman Sachs, where she worked to drive strategic, cross-divisional and global projects. Ebony holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. In her free time Ebony likes to travel and to learn about different cultures. Some of her favorite trips have been to Cuba, Indonesia, Italy and Japan.

Theresa Braswell
Board Member
Theresa R. Braswell President & CEO of Robinson Braswell Consulting Services, a Small Business Technical Assistance Center as well as is a Licensed Insurance Agent. She teaches individuals and business owners on how to maximize profits and minimize tax burdens. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
